On April 26-27, the 17th Shandong Nursing Department Director's Conference was held in Jinan Nanjiao Hotel as scheduled. In addition to academic exchanges, the conference also set up two competitions, namely, Brand Nursing Display Activity and Case Sharing of Excellent Teachers. The Nursing Department of the center enrolled in the Brand Nursing Display project, "Specialty Nursing Construction of Child and Youth Psychological and Behavioral Medicine Center". It stood out among the 186 medical institutions registered in the province and was first successfully shortlisted for the on-site exchange and display session, winning the third prize among the 69 competing projects.
Deputy Director of the Nursing Department Xiaojing Hu represented the center to participate in the competition. Ms. Hu said that the achievement could not be separated from the high-quality development under the leadership of the party committee of the center, and the national key clinical specialty construction project - Child and Adolescent Psychological Behavior Department - can be settled in the center. At the same time, we also have to thank the leadership team of the center who stands in the background of the development of the medicine to promote and facilitate the development of psychiatry innovation. It is the innovation of double "1 + X" management mode that gives the nursing team the power to run fast and take the key disciplines to build the fast boat all the way forward, forming close cooperation with the medical team, hand in hand towards a good situation. The achievements represent the development concept that the nursing management of the center is gradually towards refinement, branding and scientific development.
